Prices

All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and Euro (€) including 25% VAT.

There are no fees when using credit cards. The price stated upon ordering is your current price.

Payments

The following ways of payment can be used:

Dankort and Visa Dankort
Visa and Electron
MobilePay
Mastercard
Maestro
JCB

Anne Linde will not withdraw payments from the cardholder’s card before the posters are sent from our warehouse.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days. The return period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive the product. Please contact us stating the requested info.

In case of a return, pls. contact info@annelinde.dk for further info. Pls. note, that the product has to be returned to us in the same condition and in the original packaging – just as you received it. We will reimburse your payment, including the costs of delivery. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must send the goods or hand them over to us within 14 days. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

I have received a faulty product – what do I do?

Anne Linde quality checks all products before shipment. However, should there, unfortunately, be any fault in the products then pls. contact us. We apply the EU Purchase Treaty where you have 2 year right to return faulty products.
